  • The standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days from the date of placing the Order.

Return Policy

  • We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please note that all products must have their original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact. All items should be unused and in brand-new condition.
  • If the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service at support@lamoji.in or simply message us on WhatsApp +91 9992228052 within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) orders, please provide your bank details in the return request to facilitate the refund
  • Please note that products purchased during buy-to-get-one sale or with discounts exceeding 45% are not eligible for returns or exchanges. They can only be replaced if there are any manufacturing defects within 7 days.
  • The pick-up and delivery of the products will be taken care of by Lamoji.
